Everything exceeded high expectations, I would love to go back. It was perfectly clean, and the people were excellent. This hotel was set in a very central area, a short walk to Sri Lanka, the beach, the main road with lots of restaurants, and ATMs/shops.

Had a PLEASANT stay for one or two nights at the end or beginning if trip. This hotel was located in a very central area right by the train station Kattuwa, the beach and main road, and beach side. It also was close to restaurants.

The staff members were absolutely kind and fairly friendly. the hotel is located in a very good building in a marvellous and perfect location. It is near Sri Lanka, Negombo beach, and ATM/shops.

the venue was set in the very central position right by the beach and restaurants, the restaurant and the train station kattuwa. had tea and goodies at il gelato, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

The location here is fantastic, close to shops, the airport, and the bus station, with Holsteins nearby for a great chilling spot.

The place was impeccably clean, offered a delicious breakfast selection, and the friendly staff made the stay even better.

This place has a great location in the area, and there's a fantastic restaurant nearby with delicious food where we stayed in a double room with an outdoor bathroom.

This place is in a super convenient spot, right next to the Kattuwa train station and just a short walk to the beach and the main road where you can find loads of restaurants.

We had a smooth check-in process and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the fast and reliable WiFi. Additionally, we appreciated the option to leave our luggage after checking out. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

The double room had a really comfortable bed and included a mini bar, cable channels, and a writing table, and it's conveniently located right next to the beach and main road.
